Refund policy
At UNHINGED Apparel LLC, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or wrong design)
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@unhingednow.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law.
